What are Your Requirements for Selling Vehicles for Scrap?

State law requires individuals to present to correct title for their vehicle. All owners on the FRONT of the title must have a current driver’s license or photo ID and be present at the pickup site.

If the title is in your maiden name, you must present us with a former photo ID or your current marriage license.

All vehicles in any condition, either partial, whole, or burnt out are under the same requirements.

PJ Greco & Sons, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any vehicles that do not meet the state law requirements.

Will You Tow my Vehicle?

Yes, we will tow your vehicle for FREE!

Will your Employees Unload Scrap from Customers’ Vehicle?

Our employees will always help unload and load up a customer’s vehicle.

Do All Of Your Locations Have the Same Hours?

Our three different locations have the following hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 a.m.
  • Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
  • Sunday: CLOSED

Explain the Difference Between #1 and #2 Copper?

The difference between the two is that #1 copper must be completely clean. #1 copper must not have any solder or paint contamination.

Please Explain the Difference Between Unprepared and Prepared Steel?

Size is the main difference between the two. Prepared steel must be no wider than 18 inches and no longer than three feet. We consider larger steel to be unprepared steel.
